We can undertake measured surveys of any size, shape and complexity of building and from the information ascertained on site produce a comprehensive set of drawings indicating the building 'as existing' in plan, elevation and section format; this is usually supported by a full photograph survey. Dependant upon the nature of the proposed work, additional information can also recorded - for example - drainage, electrical, fire precautions/equipment, schedule of defects, etc.

Where a project involves work to existing domestic or commercial premises then it will be necessary to produce drawings as existing. The extent and scope of this work will depend on the nature of work proposed for the premises. As all future drawing and construction work will be based on this information, it is essential it is accurate and a true representation.
