These examples of measured building surveys, commonly refereed to as the plans as existing are usually produced to 1:50 (1/4" to 1'-0") and will typically show the building as existing in plan, elevation and section format. Dependant on the nature of the project various other elements can be incorporated - e.g. defects, electrical, fire equipment, etc. These examples are extracts from larger A1 size drawings.
